The Reason for OCA Air Bubbles Occurred During OCA Laminating and Deal methods for removing Bubbles  

OCA is widely used in the screen repair business , during working , there will be some problems occurred , for example , Air Bubbles . Why the bubbles come ?and How we should deal with them ? 

 OCA adhesive is mainly used in the construction of G + P PET cover and PC board. Which is more suitable for OCA glue ? The thickness of the cover plate PC usually is about 0.5mm / 0.75mm, the thickness of the PET cover is typically 0.25mm, after bonding/Laminating PET cover, rebound is relatively small, is not eady to have air bubbles, but after bonding /laminating the cover plate PC, because the PC cover is thick, gelatinous hard, easy to rebound, bubbles occurred in the marginal place. Another situation, if we don't print the insulating layer on the glass , then cannot prevent the rebound.

  We do analyze on the root bubble, dig the bubble , watch by the microscope , you can see the bubbles occurred on the PC cover, confirms PC cover reasons, mainly because PC cover caused a rebound. South Korea, Japan, several brands have shown a series of OCA manufacturers earlier occurrence of bubbles on the PC plate appearances. Advocates, customers cover into PET, reduce the thickness of the insulating layer, use thicker OCA, use a soft gelatinous, viscous strong OCA.

Required Necessary Equipments and supplies for Entire Explosion Screen Repair Process OCA Adhesive Technology are as following :

    For example, Iphone5, burst screens require the use of gold wire separator separates, with a blade (novice caution) to shave glue, liquid removal screen with 8333 OCA / white oil and ultra-fine dust-free cloth to wipe clean with a wheel or Mitsubishi OCA adhesive laminating machine to cover the glass panel, using plastic mold positioning under water, remove into Ansay OCA vacuum laminating machine machine inside (air compressor and vacuum pump turned on), the use of one-button operation.

Note: When Laminating OCA adhesive to external screen, please be careful not have air bubbles, otherwise The OCA laminating machine will be unable to remove bubbles , it may take 10mins to make a screen . 

If Customer requires large production , the pressure time can be settled to be 10"-30" . It will take about 1 min to finish a screen . But within this way , the air bubbles will come easily , so need a AUTOCLAVE machine . To replace the explosion screen , the time is not mainly spended on laminating , it's mainly spended on separator and glue remover , LCD is very fragile , so pls be careful when removing glue . 

If there are bubbles ,then first , put it into autoclave machine for removing bubbles , then take it out , laminate the frame , use 3M adhesive tape by hand or Heating pressure Frame laminator machine for hot-melting boarder -Original Process .
