Remarks when Using OCA Vacuum Laminating Machine

1. First , we should adjust the temperature & Pressure well . Customers who bought our machine may remember that we usually had settled all these well before we ship machines . So when customers get our machine , they will be no need to resettle that , only use it . Pls remind that you cannot stop the machine during its working process , otherwise , the machine life will be greatly reduced . 

2. The machine has Heating function itself , the temperature we usually settled should be around 30-50 degree , that is the most stable degree , within that temperature ,the laminated scree will have only very little bubbles , and there's thread either . we can not set the temperature too high, or else let oca rubber chemical reaction, easy to bubble rebound. 

3. If you wanna laminate the LCD Screen well , the first important thing is that , we should combined the machine's pressure speed , temperature and pressure . If machine speed is too high ,that may damage screen , much too high temperature may easy to rebound . 4. when we feel  pressure is too high, we should adjust the pressure a little lower, usually between the pressure control in the 2.5 to 6 repression is part of a safe range, but mainly according to the screen size and thickness calculation, as nowadays the screen that appears increasingly thinner, then we can control the pressure of between 2.5 to 4 pressure can be. Thus it is a range of laminated safer
